Full Unity catalog: 567,250 triangles.

Individual Unity catalog assets: 12–40,044 triangles.

These are model totals, not measured frame rendering costs.

The catalog retains a legacy interior slider variant with 720 triangles; it is not used in the three furnished examples.

No LOD chain is included. No mobile, VR or console performance claim is made.

MATERIALS AND TEXTURES

37 materials. Unity materials use Universal Render Pipeline/Lit.

39 PNG texture maps: 30 at 1024 × 1024 and 9 at 2048 × 2048.

Base color, normal and packed ORM maps. Models are UV mapped; automatic lightmap preparation is not promised.

MOVING PARTS AND COLLISION

34 separate moving pivots in the catalog.

69 moving instances across the three furnished examples: 21 / 26 / 22.

These are instance counts, not 69 unique assets or animation clips.

Unity: static mesh colliders, box colliders for moving parts and an example CharacterController.

No skeletal rig or baked animation clips.

SCALE AND TRANSFORMS

Metres. Reusable Unity prefab roots have identity transforms; geometry below those roots retains FBX import transforms.

UNITY REQUIREMENTS

Tested on Windows with Unity 2022.3.5f1, Universal RP 14.0.8 and Linear color space.

Input handling: legacy Input Manager or Both.

Universal RP is a Unity Package Manager dependency. No Asset Store package dependency.

Built-in and HDRP materials are not included. macOS, Linux, mobile, VR and console compatibility has not been validated.

Example controls: WASD and mouse to explore; E to interact; F1/F2/F3 to change scenes; R to reset; Esc or Tab for the menu.

Arrange a sleeping and living area, a compact kitchen, storage, lighting and bathroom fittings for a narrative scene, life-sim prototype or interior visualization. Simple forms, restrained colors and textured surfaces keep the collection consistent.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

- Reusable furniture, household props and architectural pieces, supplied as Unity prefabs. The asset count includes variants, not 174 distinct household props.

- Furniture and household content: beds, tables, seating, storage, kitchen appliances, bathroom fittings, lighting and everyday objects.

- Three furnished example homes: a compact 1K work studio, a one-bedroom 1LDK and a lived-in 1R studio.

- Materials, shared PNG textures, documentation and a catalog. The accompanying English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Korean guides describe installation and integration.

COMPACT HOME LAYOUTS

The examples are inspired by contemporary Japanese compact housing, with genkan entrances and shoe storage, compact kitchens, and separate bathroom and toilet spaces. Use the furnished layouts as a starting point or reuse individual pieces in your own scenes.

Architectural content combines reusable segments with layout-specific shells. Custom layouts may need additional modeling; the pack is not a procedural building generator.

UNITY INTERACTION EXAMPLES

The Unity URP download includes an optional first-person controller and example C# logic for moving doors, drawers and lids, plus light switches. Moving parts use separate pivots and collision-aware movement. These examples are provided for adaptation to your own project.

FORMATS AND COMPATIBILITY

- Unity URP: tested on Windows with Unity 2022.3.5f1 and Universal RP 14.0.8. URP is required. Built-in and HDRP materials are not included.

- No native Unreal Engine project, Blender authoring files, characters, skeletal rig, baked animation clips or LOD chain is included.
