A 1960s roadside motel on an old county highway, closed since the night one late guest checked into room 13. Open the demo scene and walk through it straight away, or take the kit apart to build your own motels. Every piece snaps to a 1 m grid on 4 m modules.
Built for horror, mystery, exploration, survival, co-op ghost-hunting and escape-room games, and for level designers who need a believable motel fast.
Build roadside motels, motor inns, budget hotels, apartment walkways, small strip buildings, and the parking lots and pools around them.
Demo scene: an L-shaped two-storey motel around its parking lot (a 40 m wing and a 20 m wing, exterior walkways on both floors, two steel stairs), 25 guest rooms in queen, twin, stripped, trashed and squatter variants, office with counter and key board, manager's flat, laundry, housekeeping store, maintenance room, a collapsed upper floor, a drained pool with fence and gate, and the lot with bays, the guest's car, ice and vending alcove, payphone, dumpster and pole sign. Lighting is baked, with light probes, reflection probes and post-processing.
Gameplay spaces: a lit office as a safe room, hiding spots, chase loops through both walkways and stairs, a one-way drop through the collapsed floor, and key board, breaker panel, flashlight and coin props for lock-and-key loops.
Three colour palettes (Sunset, Mint, Dusk) ship as separate prefab sets, so you can switch the mood of a whole level by swapping prefabs or materials.
