⚙️ CONTENT
- 25 unique effect prefabs: 5 Collect, 5 Harvest, 4 Build, 4 Upgrade, 4 Unlock, 3 Level Up.
- 8 demo scenes: full gallery, six category browsers, minimal collection example.
- 18 RGBA PNG particle masks, each 256 × 256; mipmaps, bilinear filtering, clamp wrapping, texture Read/Write disabled.
- 21 shared materials.
- 2 original OBJ particle meshes: Shard (8 triangles) and Chip (12 triangles). Mesh Read/Write is enabled for CPU Particle System mesh rendering; mesh particle GPU instancing is disabled.
- Custom unlit shaders: Built-in/URP base shader and optional HDRP adapter. No soft-particle depth fading or screen-space distortion.
PLAYBACK AND BUDGETS
- 4–7 Particle Systems per effect. Sampled peak live particles: 6–36. Calculated peak particle geometry: 12–150 triangles per effect. Counts use supplied settings, fixed seeds, speed 1 and 20 ms simulation samples; they are not measured draw calls or CPU/GPU timings.
- Optional API: ActionPopEffect.Play(), StopAndClear(), IsAlive. No automatic pool return or destruction.
- No audio. No required third-party gameplay framework, online service, AI runtime, VFX Graph or post-processing.
TESTED CONFIGURATIONS
- Unity 2022.3.0f1 - Built-in.
- Unity 2022.3.0f1 - URP 14.0.7.
- Unity 2022.3.62f3 - HDRP 14.0.12.
- Unity 6.3 (6000.3.18f1) - URP 17.3.0.

Editable prefabs
Every effect is an editable Unity Particle System prefab. Adjust colors, timing, scale and particle density in the Inspector, then connect it to your own gameplay events. Shared unlit materials keep the visual style consistent without requiring bloom, lighting or VFX Graph. Faceted resource fragments, short flashes, rings, symbols and rising motes cover both small interactions and larger rewards.
Demos & controls
Browse the complete pack in eight demo scenes: one full gallery, six category browsers and a minimal collection example. The gallery includes replay, camera orbit, dark/pale backgrounds, size and speed controls. An optional playback helper, an eight-page PDF manual and an effect catalog make integration easier.
Render pipelines
Built-in and URP use the supplied base shader. The included optional HDRP adapter is activated through Tools > ActionPop > Configure Materials for Active Pipeline. Setup changes ActionPop materials without installing pipeline packages or replacing your project settings.
Particle budgets
The effects use 4–7 Particle Systems each, with sampled peaks of 6–36 live particles. These counts are not a frame-rate or mobile-performance guarantee. Tested configurations are listed in Technical details.
Scope & integration
These are world-space visual effects. Gameplay systems, audio, Canvas UI particles and persistent placement or portal systems are not included. Your game supplies the triggering events; instances do not automatically destroy themselves or return to a pool. Recolors, scales and pipeline adapters are not counted as additional unique effects.
Documentation & provenance
Store descriptions are localized; the included documentation and demo interface are in English. No third-party art, audio, font files or copied source files are redistributed. See Third-Party Notices.txt for dependency and provenance notes.
