An authentic realisctic modular pack.
In- and out-door assets. Can be used
to build an authentic barrestaurant.

Walls, floors, ceilings, furniture,
columns, wooden beams, tableware, etc.

Wall and floor materials are variated:
- 5 floors materials
- 7 walls materials

- PBR
- 183 prefabs
- Texture size: 1K, 2K
- 1 demo scene

You might need to import standard Unity 3D
"Characters" asset to run demo scene properly.
