The cart has a lower "car_lod" mesh inside. Please, check "mesh renderer" in the inspector panel to make it visible. There is also a mesh collider, even more low-poly (396 tris).
The "cart_composed" prefab is a preset that uses all the meshes at once.
It allows you to simply drag it in you environment without manipulating.
