98 unique meshes, including: cartoon houses, fences, benches, tables, lamps, mail boxes, beds, chairs and more. 12 cartoon houses included: 8 have both interior and exterior (plus matching doors), 4 with exterior only.

Terrain:

Quick terrain painting with 3 Terrain Layers.

Foliage models included: flowers, grass, mushrooms and trees.

Splines:

Please enable the Splines option through the Package Manager --> in Unity Registry.

Splines are used for fence creation.
