The Cloud 9 Space Station Modular Kit was built from the ground up using Blender & Substance Painter - all meshes & tetures used are included in the package for customisation if that's something you're interested in, and will be a good asset pack to kit-bash with other amazing sci-fi themed environment packages on the Unity Asset Store.
The pack is suitable for real-time games & pre-rendered animations.
There are a number of wall, ceiling & floor variants to diversify your environment, as well as functional props that come pre-loaded with animations such as the door, teleporter & fan.
