Textures size 4096x4096 except 1 texture for pipes
Each material using unique maps: AO, Metalness (Metallic R channel, Gloss A channel), Normals, Albedo
1 material for pipes using only simple Albedo
Renders were made in Marmoset Toolbag 3

Screenshots were made in Marmoset Toolbag 3. Wireframe screenshot is from 3ds max. The last one is from Unity viewport
