Modular 'Transformer City' pack for creating high detailed sci-fi city with transformable (foldunfold) roadsidewalks, includes:

● modular transformable roads / sidewalks - global activation by 1 parameter (UI button is out of the box);

● modular walls, floors, ladders, cables and other props;

● small fly cars pack;

● background traffic system;

● with LOD's;

● textures 2K-4K;

● tris count: 50-5000.

Fot URP usage: select all materials, click Edit > Rendering > upgrade selected materials to URP.
