Build abandoned hospital for horror, survival, and post-apocalyptic projects with over 200 low-poly elements, including medical props, furniture, modular architecture, decals, and demolition scenes.

Models and prefabs:

  • 238 FBX model files containing 259 mesh geometries.
  • 254 prefabs: 238 model prefabs and 16 wall-decal overlay variants.
  • Includes assembled objects, individual modular components, damaged variants and decal planes.

Number of textures: 17 PNG textures.

Texture dimensions:

  • 16 RGBA decal textures: 1024 × 1024.
  • 1 white base-color texture: 4 × 4.

Polygon counts: All counts below are triangles, summed across the meshes in each named FBX.

  • HOSP_001_Patient_Bed_Modular: 1,281 triangles.
  • HOSP_033_Operating_Table_Modular: 892 triangles.
  • HOSP_194_Stair_Flight_1500: 440 triangles.
  • HOSP_182_Exterior_Brick_Wall_2m_Modular: 5,292 triangles.
  • Complete per-model counts are included in Documentation/AssetManifest.json.

Minimum polygon count: 2 triangles per FBX, for simple decal planes.

Maximum polygon count: 5,292 triangles per FBX.

Total triangle count: 146,255 triangles across all 238 FBX files, counted once per file. Scene totals depend on placement and instancing.

Rigging: No. No skeletal rigs or skinned characters are included.

Animation count: 1 animation clip.

Animation type list: Legacy camera transform animation: a 24-second walkthrough at 30 fps. Door movement and light flicker are controlled by scripts and are not additional animation clips.

UV mapping: Yes. All 259 mesh geometries include at least one UV channel.

LOD information: No LOD meshes or LOD Groups are included. Each model is supplied at one geometry detail level.

Materials and texture maps:

  • 100 materials.
  • URP Lit materials and one custom opaque wall-decal shader.
  • Mostly flat-color surfaces with material-controlled metallic and smoothness values.
  • Base-color and RGBA decal textures.
  • No separate normal, metallic, roughness, ambient-occlusion or displacement texture maps.
  • This is not a full scanned PBR texture library.

Collision: 240 colliders across 219 prefabs. The remaining 35 decorative decal and vegetation prefabs have no colliders.

Scale and modular dimensions: 1 Unity unit = 1 meter. Main structural grid: 2 meters. Standard wall height: 3 meters.

Demonstration scenes: 4 — asset overview, room assembly, decal examples, and corridor/operating theatre.

Additional features:

  • Optional door rotation component.
  • Fluorescent-light flicker component.
  • Prefab material-restoration editor command.
  • Four camera positions in the corridor scene.
  • Optional URP renderer settings and a post-processing volume profile.
  • English offline documentation.

Supported render pipeline: Universal Render Pipeline 17.5.0.

Tested Unity version: Unity 6.5 — 6000.5.4f1, Windows Editor.

Build your own abandoned hospital with this modular low-poly interior kit, designed for horror, survival and post-apocalyptic projects. The kit includes medical props, interior furniture, post-apocalyptic objects, architectural elements, decals and ready-made demonstration scenes.

Assemble corridors, cramped rooms, operating theatres, laboratories, morgues, reception areas and lounges using individual architectural modules, furniture and equipment. Add damaged objects, debris, barricades, vegetation, and blood, grime or stain decals to give your environments an abandoned appearance and create your own post-apocalyptic or horror atmosphere.

The package includes 238 FBX models and 254 prefabs, covering modular components, assembled objects, damaged variants and separately usable parts. Four demonstration scenes showcase the complete asset library, a room assembly, decal materials, and a furnished corridor leading into an operating theatre.

Created directly in Unity, the corridor scene includes four camera positions, a 24-second camera walkthrough, real-time lighting and post-processing. Included scripts provide door rotation and fluorescent-light flicker.

Designed for low-poly horror, survival and post-apocalyptic environments.

The documentation explains installation, modular assembly, customization, scripts and shader controls.
