The fireplace uses a single texture set across the main structure, helping maintain a consistent appearance and streamlined workflow. Glass elements use a separate material, allowing easy replacement with custom glass shaders or project-specific materials.

Door components feature properly positioned pivots and are prepared for animation or interactive setups. The entire asset is provided as a single FBX file for straightforward integration into Unity projects.
