Modern house with pool

Modern house with garden, pool, balcony, photovoltaic and lighting. The house at the front has a modular sunshade. The house is white with black and wooden accents. 

All textures except solar are uv mapped. 

For a realistic look like in the video, the light needs to be baked and the scene rendered. So in the standard Unity Shader, light and reflections can look a little different.

I also used the water prefab from the Standard Assets, so you should have those installed. Otherwise they would have to find their own solution for the water

Benefit/ advantage:

-Modern building

-Simple to detailed

-realistic look

Disadvantage:

For the realistic look, adjustments have to be made, such as baking the reflections and the light, as well as adding a realistic skybox
