Suitable for any game in a modern, urban setting.
The package contains over 180 prefabs to help you design your modern, stylish environment. The buildings and pools may either be used as a prefabbed model or manually via our modular models.
Models include
- modular building and pool elements, including windows, railings etc...,
- several furnitures, including modular couches,
- pavillons to enjoy a beautiful day next to your pool,
- a small spa area and
- a large variety of indoor and outdoor props to populate your scenes
All models are usually below 2000 tris - with some exceptions for the more complex meshes.
More complex models use LOD-Groups to optimize performance.
Full sets of materials for Built-In, URP and HDRP Render Pipelines are included. Original project is in Built-In RP.
