This pack only uses 6 different textures. Textures maps for each object:

Diffuse map.
Normal map.
Specular map.
Gloss map. ( in alpha of specular )

3 maps are 4096x4096 and the rest is 1024x1024, maps can be lowered without losing quality.
Textures work perfect with PBR.
