Stylized tropical beach port town

Stylized beach environment with sand , foliage, rock cliffs, boulders, wood buildings, boats and other props to create or dress your tropical environments. 

Dress your tropical environments with a variety of assets, they include difuse and normal textures for a stylized look, and a low polygon count for better performance.

The foliage is textured with alpha maps and the wood elements with a trim texture that can be quickly reused between assets.
