Interactive Real Estate 360 Showcase & Architecture System is designed for real estate developments, residential and commercial projects, museums, exhibitions, campuses, city presentation scenes, sales offices and kiosk-based showcases.
Import your own building or environment model, define each flat, room, exhibit or interactive area, and connect them to the central DataManager.
Interactive 3D Camera
Explore projects using smooth orbit, pan and zoom controls. Collision avoidance prevents the camera from clipping through the model. You can also create predefined camera positions, switch between free and fixed views, or move to a bird’s-eye perspective.
Advanced Filtering System
Automatically filter units and interactive spaces by:
Floor +Room count + Bathroom count + Balcony count + Building type + Unit type + Gross area + Net area + Availability status
Visual Highlighting and Availability States
Display matching spaces with transparent or highlighted materials. Available, sold and hovered units can use different visual states, making it easy for visitors to understand the project directly from the 3D model.
Favourites and Comparison
Visitors can save the units or areas they are interested in and compare them side by side.
The comparison table is generated dynamically and can display floor plans, block information, floor number, room count, gross area, net area, bathroom count and availability. Favourites are stored between sessions using PlayerPrefs.
Social Areas and Location Pins
Add camera-facing pins for nearby or important locations such as: Schools, Parks, Markets, Restaurants, Public transport, etc...
Day and Night Ambience
Showcase your project under different lighting conditions with an integrated day/night transition system.
Kiosk-Friendly Configuration
