3D Explosive Hazards Toolkit is a lightweight runtime toolkit for adding explosive hazard objects to Unity 3D projects.
The package includes four gameplay-ready prefabs:
- Proximity Timed Bomb
- Magnetic Bomb
- Contact Mine
- Chain Explosive Barrel
The core component, ExplosiveHazard3D, supports damage, contact, and proximity triggers. When triggered, it starts a fuse, plays optional fuse VFX, then applies radius damage and Rigidbody knockback.
The toolkit is designed to be easy to integrate into existing projects. It does not depend on any specific health system, enemy class, player stats, singleton, object pool, or game framework. Damage and knockback are handled through simple interfaces:
- IDamageable
- IKnockbackReceiver
You can use the included demo scripts for quick testing, or replace them with your own gameplay systems.
The package also includes ParticleSystem-based VFX prefabs, a demo scene, demo player controller, and an editor-only default VFX generator.
