Accuracy and Dodge for uMMORPG

This addition add to the characters and monsters parameter accuracy and dodge.
Dodge is a character parameter, the value of which characterizes the ability to avoid an enemy attack.
Dodge is a form of protection.
Dodge is opposed to the Accuracy of the enemy.
