[Addon] Changelog

This addon require one of the following assets:

P.A.T.C.H. - Ultimate Patching System
P.A.T.C.H. - Ultimate Patching System [FULL]

This assets allow you to create some changelog that can be displayed inside game client. This one check 'builds' folder created with required folder.

Main features:
- FTP Upload
- Create or edit changelog
- Use custom domain
- Display 1, 2 or 3+ changelog version
