This plugin can very easily add background blur and has good performance.

Simply add a blur component to RawImage to display the camera's content blurred in RawImage. You can adjust the size and position of RawImage, and see the effect in edit mode without running. By adjusting the downsampling parameters, it can run well even on mobile devices.
Tested and operational on Windows and Android.
Supports 2021 and above.
