🌐 Bring your Game Creator 2 game online
This package connects Game Creator 2 and FishNet so your single player project can become a shared online experience. Movement, gestures, combat, inventory and more get synced across every connected player, and you set it all up the same way you already build in GC2: through visual scripting and catalogs.
🧩 Built to be modular
You do not need every Game Creator module to use this. The core handles characters, movement, animation, death, ragdoll, signals, effects, variables and triggers on its own. From there you add only the bridges for the modules you actually own. Have Stats and Inventory but not Shooter? It compiles and runs perfectly fine with just those. The package detects what you have installed and turns on the matching features automatically.
🛠️ No coding required
Every networked action is exposed as Game Creator instructions, conditions and events. You wire them up in visual scripting exactly like the rest of your game. Characters, weapons, items and status effects are matched across the network using shared catalogs, so there is nothing to write in C#.
🤝 Made for coop, not competitive
This is built for friendly cooperative play: coop campaigns, social worlds, survival sessions with friends, small PvE servers. It uses a client authoritative model, which keeps setup simple and responsive. It does not include anti cheat or server side validation, so it is not the right fit for ranked or competitive games where players cannot be trusted.
🎯 Who this is for
This package assumes you are already comfortable with Game Creator 2 and have a basic understanding of how FishNet works. It is an integration layer, not a beginner course. If you know your way around GC2 visual scripting and you have set up a FishNet NetworkManager before, you will feel right at home.
