HealthConnect for Unity helps Unity apps and games read user-authorized Android Health Connect data without building the native Android bridge from scratch.
Use the setup window to choose the Health Connect data types your project needs, generate the required Android manifest/resources, patch Gradle dependencies, and validate project settings before building.
In the Unity Editor, HealthConnect uses mock services so you can build and test UI without an Android device. On Android, it requests Health Connect permissions and reads live user-approved data.
Included coverage:
- Steps, distance, active calories, total calories, and heart rate

This package is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Health Connect is a Google/Android platform feature. Health data availability depends on the user’s device, Android version, installed apps, Health Connect configuration, and granted permissions.
