Usually Item Durability used for equipment items

All items have multiple settings
* can Be Restored - can this item be restored or not
* restoration Cost - how much dust needs to be paid for one restoration
* can Restore Durability Other Items - can this item restore durability to other items or not
* add Durability Value - how much durability on recovery this item will add
