Pigment is a ready-to-use HSV color picker for Unity uGUI. Add it from the menu, connect one event, and your players or tools can pick any color.
Choose between two styles: a Disc (hue ring around a saturation/value circle) or a Square (saturation/value square with a hue slider). Both include a rainbow hue strip, a checkerboard alpha slider with a live color gradient, a preview swatch that shows transparency, and hex and R/G/B fields that stay in sync with the picker.
Suitable for any genre: character or team color customization, in-game editors, paint and drawing tools, level and UI editors, theme settings, or anywhere a user needs to pick a color.
Customizable: the picker is built from plain uGUI objects, so you can restyle, resize or rearrange it, or assemble your own layout and connect the references. Texture quality and ring thickness can be tuned in the Inspector.
Everything is generated at runtime, so there are no images or sprites to import and no other packages are needed. It uses only uGUI and contains no render-pipeline-specific code.
Includes a demo scene, PDF documentation with a step-by-step setup guide and script reference, and a simple API (SetColor, CurrentColor, Hex, events).
