Project Doctor PRO is an Editor-only Unity 6 project health scanner designed to help teams inspect, optimize, and maintain Unity projects from one clean dashboard.
It scans only your Assets/ folder and ignores Packages/ content. The tool reports build optimization risks, missing scripts, broken serialized references, prefab and scene dependencies, scene performance warnings, shader audit suggestions, project size breakdowns, and scan history.
Fixes are conservative and confirmation-based. Project Doctor can remove Missing Mono Script components from scenes and prefabs, but it does not automatically clear or reassign broken serialized object references. Those are reported for manual review to avoid unsafe project changes.
