RateMyGame

this asset can prompt user to rate your game. just attach `RateMyGame` to a node, and fill out the filed. it will auto prompt when condition reach. there have a Sample scene under assets/innocenttimes/scenes folder, checkout and see detail. the asset support android and iOS.
