This is the free version of Smart VAT.
Smart VAT Free is a tool for baking 3D FBX and Alembic animations into VAT animations without the need of a 3D editing software. The free version already does more than most VAT baking tools out there.
You can blend different animations together to export by using the Timeline.
The exported texture size is reduced thanks to the optimization filters that discard data for unmoving vertices.
