Create storefront artwork without leaving Unity
Storefront Studio is an Editor-only production tool for creating game images for Steam, Google Play, Apple App Store, Unity Asset Store, itch.io, and more.
Capture your game or begin with existing artwork, then design, preview, check, and export every selected size through one clear workflow.
One workspace. Four simple steps.
1. Capture
Capture the Game View, Scene View, or an offscreen camera. Crop the image, add overlays, and keep captures inside your Unity project for later use.
2. Compose
Add multiple artwork and text layers, logos, headlines, and taglines. Move, resize, rotate, mirror, and snap elements visually, or enter exact values in the Inspector.
3. Preview and check
Inspect the exact exported result or display it inside an original storefront placement diagram. Rule-aware checks identify incorrect dimensions, missing content, text overflow, transparency restrictions, possible upscaling, and applicable file-size limits.
4. Export
Export all selected outputs together as PNG or JPEG files, with customizable folders, file names, and collision handling.
Adapt one design to every output
- Share design settings across multiple sizes.
- Customize individual outputs when a different crop or layout is needed.
- Switch instantly between wide, tall, square, and custom dimensions.
- Save compositions and update the complete campaign when your artwork changes.
- Use Undo and Redo throughout Capture and Composer.
Built-in output categories
- Steam (Header capsule, Small capsule, Main capsule, Vertical capsule, Screenshot, Page background, Bundle header, Shortcut icons, App icon, Library capsule, Library hero, Library logo, Library header, Event cover, and Event header)
- itch.io (Cover image, Minimum cover image, Landscape screenshot, and Portrait screenshot)
- Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad screenshot presets, portrait and landscape options, Mac, Apple TV HD and 4K, Apple Vision Pro, and Apple Watch)
- Google Play (App icon, Feature graphic, Phone screenshots, Tablet screenshots, Wear OS, Android TV banner and screenshots, Automotive, and Android XR)
- Unity Asset Store (Icon, Card, Cover, Social image, and Screenshot)
- General marketing (YouTube thumbnail, Full-HD landscape, Social landscape, Square post, Portrait post, Story or vertical image, and Discord or community icon)
- Custom dimensions (Create outputs using any custom width and height within the supported image-size limit)
Suitable for every game genre
Storefront Studio uses your own screenshots, artwork, logos, fonts, colors, and text. It works with action games, simulation games, RPGs, puzzle games, mobile titles, and other genres.
Private and local by design
Everything runs locally inside the Unity Editor.
Storefront Studio does not upload project files, collect analytics, require an account, or add runtime components to player builds.
Requirements
- Unity 2022.3 LTS or newer
- TextMesh Pro
- Editor-only; no runtime components
Storefront placement previews are original approximations, not replicas of live store pages or guarantees of platform acceptance. Storefront names identify supported output specifications only. Always confirm the latest official platform requirements before publishing.
