Time Tracker is a complete work tracker that lives inside the Unity Editor. It's built for freelancers, contractors and studios that bill by the hour or simply want an honest record of where their time goes.
Write a memo, pick a label and press Start. Your work is recorded in 10-minute segments, each with an activity level, optional screenshots, the apps and websites you used, and Unity context: the active scene, git branch, Play Mode time and script recompiles. Time is measured from real clock timestamps, so it stays correct through domain reloads, editor stalls and even crashes.
The Diary shows your day as a grid of segment cards with thumbnails and activity bars. Select one or a range to change memos and labels, remove screenshots while keeping the time, delete time, or add manual time for meetings and calls.
When it's time to invoice, the Reports tab exports a single self-contained HTML report with hours per day, memos, labels, apps, earnings and screenshot thumbnails. Email it, or print it to PDF from any browser. You can also export a CSV timesheet or copy a plain-text summary for chat.
Also included:
• Idle detection that asks whether to Keep, Discard, or Discard & Stop when you return
• Daily target and weekly limit, with notifications when you reach them
• Hourly rate and earnings on the Track tab and in reports
• Countdown alarm and Pomodoro timer that can start and stop tracking for you
• Reminders to start tracking when you work in Unity with tracking off
• The window tab shows the live session time, even when docked in the background
Privacy first: everything stays on your machine in the project's UserSettings folder, which Unity's default .gitignore already excludes. Nothing is sent over the network. Browser address bars are never read, and private/incognito windows are recorded only as "Private browsing". You can ignore apps completely or hide their window titles.
