To use:
1) Import the package into the project
2) Click twice on the .unitypackage file that has the name of the rendering pipeline your project is using
+ URP -> URP.unitypackage
+ HDRP -> HDRP.unitypackage
3) You can now just drag and drop the effect you need from "50+ Action Effects/Effects" into your scene and you are good to go! You can now find the example scene in "50 + Action Effects/Example"
