Animated Mesh Deformation – URP is a procedural mesh deformation package for the Universal Render Pipeline. It uses a custom noise-driven shader to create dynamic, animated surface distortion on 3D objects without requiring complex setup.
This package is suitable for stylized objects, organic motion, sci-fi surfaces, soft body-like visuals, experimental VFX, and animated environment props. It can be used to create living surfaces, wobbling forms, abstract deformation effects, and motion-rich object presentations.
The package includes a custom URP shader, sample materials, seamless texture maps, prefabs, and a demo scene to help users get started quickly. Two example looks are included: a metallic surface style and a plastic surface style. These can be used directly or customized for different visual styles.
The controls are simple and artist-friendly, making the package suitable for both beginners and more advanced Unity users. It is ideal for projects that need lightweight animated deformation directly on meshes inside URP.
