This is a special shader that you can use to create a lot of cool effects. I've used math to multiply the colors and alpha channels in the two textures.

There are 3 kinds of shaders in this package. The UV distortion texture will scroll to follow X, Y; and the GrayScale and color will help you to create other effects.
