Mobile Translucent Highlight

Translucent Highlight will allow you to pick out important for player objects which are on the stage and highlight them if they're behind walls.

This version of shader has full compatibility with PBR.

The options of shader that can be tuned are:
- Outline tint for visible part
- Outline width
- Highlight's translucency
- Highlight tint
