- To enable/diable shadows from water - water mesh - mesh renderer - cast shadows.
Important:
1. enable in your URP asset > Depth Texture and Opaque Texture
2. enable in your URP asset renderer > Depth Texture Mode > After Opagues
Note: there is no underwater.
