Electrify your game — RekindledFX Lightning is a fully procedural electric-arc system for the Universal Render Pipeline: animated bolts, a raycast emitter, and flying sparks. Perfect for shock weapons, tesla coils, broken cables, sci-fi machines, and magic.
No textures to import. No dependencies. Drop a prefab in, stretch the arc between two points, or fire a beam from a muzzle.
■ KEY FEATURES
• Animated multi-strand electric arc — HDR core & glow, branches, jitter, curliness, flicker
• Connect two points or two Transforms (anchors) — tesla coils, arcing cables
• LightningEmitter — raycast Beam and single Strike modes, with an onHit (RaycastHit) event
• No damage logic inside — hook onHit into your own health/damage system (stays project-independent)
• LightningSparks — flying impact sparks + ambient sparks along the bolt (build-safe)
• Cosmetic "faulty light" random flicker for environmental discharges
• Example demo scripts (auto-fire, hit responder) showing how to wire it up
• Zero external textures — sparks generated at runtime
■ REQUIREMENTS
• Universal Render Pipeline (URP). URP only — no Built-in or HDRP.
• Bloom (post-processing) recommended for the electric glow (colors are HDR).
• Developed and tested on Unity 6.
